AIML Engineer

Technical Requirements Machine Learning & AI * Proficiency with Python for ML/DL: scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, PyTorch or TensorFlow * Hands-on experience with LLMs: prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, LangChain or LlamaIndex * Experience with NLP tasks — entity extraction, classification, summarisation, semantic search — on unstructured enterprise documents * Familiarity with model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and ML experiment tracking (MLflow or equivalent) * Understanding of time-series forecasting and anomaly detection for operational data
