Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI Location: Bangalore Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Education: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.E / M.Tech Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI to design and build advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), deep learning, and scalable AI systems, with the ability to drive end-to-end AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and transformer-based models - Build and fine-tune models for text generation, summarization, chatbots, and automation - Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies - Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines - Integrate AI models into enterprise applications via APIs and microservices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for AI product development - Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems - Evaluate and improve model performance using appropriate metrics - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Generative AI Required Skills: Generative AI & LLMs: - Strong experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models - Hands-on with models like GPT, LLaMA, or similar - Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning - Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures AI/ML & Deep Learning: - Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts - Experience with NLP, NLU, and text analytics - Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch Programming: - Strong coding skills in Python - Experience with FastAPI / Flask and REST APIs - Experience in building scalable microservices Cloud & Tools: - Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP - Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with ML pipelines and deployment Data & Architecture: - Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) - Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes Good to Have: - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex - Knowledge of multimodal AI (text, image, audio) - Exposure to MLOps tools - Experience in enterprise AI solutioning Soft Skills: - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management
