Job Description

A Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business and testcase processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to drive strategic solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvements. Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications clearly and concisely. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. Assist in evaluating technical solutions and provide recommendations based on analysis. Develop test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions. Monitor performance metrics and trends to ensure continuous improvement. Maintain project documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess business situations and determine the best course of action. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies, as well as experience in system integration and digital environments. Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects with competing deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Testing Support: Assist in writing test cases and facilitating user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet business needs. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and connect insights across multiple business areas.
