Product Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of UPI Payments and Billing products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital payments, transaction processing, billing systems, reconciliation, and customer-facing payment solutions. Key Responsibilities ● Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy for payment and billing platforms. ● Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners. ● Drive requirements gathering, prioritization, and product delivery. ● Manage payment lifecycle processes including authorization, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, and dispute management. ● Analyze customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements. ● Define KPIs and monitor product performance. ● Lead Agile product development initiatives. Required Skills ● 8 - 10+ years of Product Management experience. ● 5 years in UPI Payments, Billing, FinTech, or Digital Payments. ● Strong understanding of payment gateways, transaction processing, reconciliation, and billing workflows. ● Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management. ● Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. ● Operate effectively and independently in a global follow the sun model with an overlap of EST timezone until 12:30 PM EST ● Drive product outcomes with minimal supervision. ● Communicate proactively and manage stakeholder expecta
