Splunk Dashboard & Reporting. Role Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and automate operational and executive-level reports and dashboards Gather reporting requirements by collaborating closely with business stakeholders Analyse data trends and present actionable insights to support strategic initiatives Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data quality and reporting processes Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement Perform data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting Extract and analyse data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites Respond to data inquiries from various groups within the organization Create and publish regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports Document reporting requirements and processes, and validate data components as required Required Skills: Splunk – Mandatory APM Tools – Mandatory (AppDynamics / Datadog / Grafana) SQL – good to have for working with relational data sources. DevOps Tools – Mandatory (CI/CD deployments experience with GitLab) for dashboard deployment automation Good to have – AWS
